Andrew Maskery Associates Ltd required more space to hold their operations, as the company was growing. They approached us for a storage solution in their existing unit, asking for advice on whether it’s worth them moving to a new bigger unit with more space, or whether we could design a mezzanine floor to suit their requirements so they can make use of their existing site and remain in their premises.
Our client had a lot of various storage requirements due to holding a vast range of stock. They needed additional floor space for pallets and also high-security storage areas for things such as animal vaccines which they hold in their UK office.
We installed a Mezzanine Floor with office space and moved all the high-value items onto the mezzanine creating additional space for the bulky pallet storage underneath the mezzanine. We also designed & installed a secure mesh cage for our customer to store the animal vaccines and high-value items as they requested.
On completion of this project, our client was very pleased because it gave them access to create the additional storage space they needed, as well as, creating a meeting room which is accessible via the Mezzanine Floor.
